No wonder we love this place.
There were 4 of us drinking and sharing starters. The staff had gone all-out on Hallowe’en dress-up, which made the already-inviting atmosphere all-the-better. Drinks and multiple starter-dishes rapidly ordered, we were shown efficiently to our table with an astounding view of the river and sea beyond. 2 hours rapidly passed with delicious food, fine beers, and not least attentive happy efficient perfectly-balanced service from all the expertly-costumed staff. No wonder we love this place.
The Boathouse in Falmouth is a really fabulous pub.
The views over the Fal estuary are spectacular, the decor and atmosphere are vibrant and lively, and the food is varied, beautifully cooked, offering a range of options for those with different dietary needs. The atmosphere is really warm, friendly and upbeat, with well-chosen music and a good vibe. A really fabulous choice for an evening out in Cornwall.

Absolutely fantastic service two nights running.
Food was lovely, atmosphere was great. What really made it extra special though was the excellent service from the staff, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Truly cannot thank you enough.
Really recommend the vegetable curry too, delicious.

We visited on New Years Eve and although the pub was full it felt 100% safe, the service was superb and the food was brilliant.
Great pub with a great team, one of my must visit places everytime we visit the South West.

What a superb pub, with stunning views
I have a favourite table here, but no way am I spilling the beans on tripadvisor…its mine!!! This is a really great place to stop and chill out watching the estuary and all the life that goes on around, on and in it! Owner and staff are 1st rate and the drinks very well kept with a really good selection.
Food smelt amazing and we would make time to stop for something to eat on our next visit. Small amount of street parking nearby and in a good location for views of course!

Following our visit and review 23 October 2020. This is a lovely pub, perched on an elevated position with wonderful river views. A cheerful and young crew. Log fire. Doggy friendly. Deservedly featured in the Good Pub Guide, Good Beer Guide and unsurprisingly in last year’s Falmouth Real Ale & Cider Trail guide. Furthermore they are not suffering from covid19 hysteria unlike some others in Falmouth as like a proper pub you can order your pint at the bar.
Very friendly welcoming staff with a nice atmosphere in a cute pub.
One of the best Sunday Roasts I have ever eaten !!!! Beautifully tender topside of beef, cooked perfectly with delicious selection of vegetables and tats. A truly wonderful home cooked taste, and the gravy was especially good :)
Highly recommend booking a visit to this lovely pub with a fantastic view of Falmouth Harbour.

Came here for a birthday supper and it was delicious! My husband had a fishpie after seeing someone else having it(!) and I had a steak cooked to perfection.
Felt covid safe with track &trace and one way system in place, as well as witnessing good standard of cleaning between users.
Great views and lovely helpful staff.

Fantastic place great stock of craft beer and the food was amazing.
We had the Hake with a gorgeous crab bisque and the scallops they were both cooked perfectly and presented amazingly
The sweet we shared was also beautiful and again a piece of art in presentation
The service was absolutely amazing and on point with attentive bubbly staff
Would highly recommend for a meal or just a cracking pint.

Fantastic place to visit. Right now their Covid procedures are second to none in Falmouth – masked table service with table distancing and a one way system. Recommended 5*.
